Does IPK provide on-site resources for customers?

IPknowledge doesn't need to arrange on-site resources for migration activities. Our SASE SD-WAN overlay solution is entirely zero-touch, enabling the remote deployment of new overlay hardware. The local ISP handles the underlay deployment. With the support of IPknowledge, guidance and automation (tools & systems), there's no requirement for skilled technical resources to be present on-site.

Anyone at the location can serve as 'remote hands' and install the new SD-WAN edge devices under our supervision. This uniqueness lies in our approach—there has never been a necessity to dispatch an engineer to a specific location.
